Shipping policy

All orders are available for local pickup at the Modern Plastic Surgery & Medspa. 
You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free in-office pickup and flat-rate shipping on eligible products.

  • Flat-rate shipping: $9.99 per order

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted

  • Shipping is available within the United States only

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Lost or Missing Packages

Lost in Transit
If your package is lost in transit and never marked as delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Marked as Delivered
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, household members, or building management.

If the package is still missing, we are happy to offer a one-time courtesy store credit equal to 50% of the purchase price.
We are unable to replace or fully refund packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
