Refunds
All treatment purchases are final. A consultation is required to confirm that each treatment is appropriate for you. If you’re not a candidate, your purchase amount can be applied toward another treatment or product at the Modern.
Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare and aesthetic products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Exchanges & Store Credit

Unopened and unused products may be exchanged or returned for store credit only

Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition

Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
