Refunds

All treatment purchases are final. A consultation is required to confirm that each treatment is appropriate for you. If you’re not a candidate, your purchase amount can be applied toward another treatment or product at the Modern.

Due to the nature of medical-grade skincare and aesthetic products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds.


Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Unopened and unused products may be exchanged or returned for store credit only

  • Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase

  • All exchanges and store credits are processed in person at our office

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Opened, used, or altered products are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
